When the auction clock finally reaches zero, the “last bidder standing” wins the auction. Second chance opportunity will also be offered to the next top three bidders if multiple lots of the winning item are available at time of auction close. The winner completes their purchase for the auction item plus delivery charges using their secure Paypal account.
